How we pick tools
ProducerBots only lists tools that help an insurance agent get a real job done with AI. Every tool must pass all three rules below.
- Real AI, named on the vendor's own site. The vendor's own website has to describe the AI features. We don't list tools that only mention AI in passing or that we can't verify.
- Solves a real agent task better than a generic AI assistant. The tool has to do something for an agent's actual work (prospecting, renewals, service, claims, compliance, notes and so on) better than pasting a prompt into a general chatbot, and we pair it with a prompt that fits that task.
- Available to buy and use today: a fully working product that real agencies can sign up for, start a trial of, or buy through published pricing or a request-a-quote page. Demo-only, waitlist or pre-launch tools don't qualify. Not a duplicate of a tool already listed.
How results are ordered
Specialized tools that fit your task come first, ordered by how well they fit. A general AI assistant (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot) is always listed last, as the option that works for almost anything.
Money never decides
Monetization never affects whether a tool is included or where it appears. Some links are affiliate links, and each one is labeled Affiliate link. Sponsored placements, if we offer them, are always labeled too. See our affiliate disclosure.
Keeping listings current
Each tool page shows the date we last checked it. If a tool stops passing the rules, we remove it. Spot something out of date, or know a tool we should look at? Tell us.
